Important: Skateboarding is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By using this App:

• You acknowledge that skateboarding can be dangerous and may result in serious injury
• You agree to practice tricks responsibly and within your skill level
• You understand that the App provides guidance only and cannot guarantee your safety
• You agree to wear appropriate safety equipment (helmet, pads) when practicing
• You accept full responsibility for your physical activities and any resulting injuries

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability
